- In 2021, a new swimming pool pump and timer will be available. Also, in 2021, the filter sand changed.
- In July 2021, MINAE received and approved a water concession.
- The current annual owner’s association dues are S1,000 (houses with a pool). The funds are used to maintain roads and water lines.
